Steps for Application Submission (you will need a Google Account for online submission)

1) Download the appropriate files to the right.

2) You will need to make a copy of the Application for Employment in order to fill it out online. (How to video)

3) You can fill out/save, print (if needed), scan (if needed), and upload the files using the link below. For assistance, please email: help@massac.org

** Please note: Applications that are not uploaded using this form will not be in the database from which interviews are established.
